It is necessary for North East Surrey for Europe (NES4EU) to hold personal data in order to maintain communication with you. We are committed to keeping your personal information secure. Our Privacy Policy is:
- We (NES4EU) will hold only personal data sufficient for us to communicate with you, namely: (a) Your name; (b) your email address. In addition we may hold your postcode, address and/or telephone number for purposes of arranging volunteer activities if you offer to give these data.
- Your personal data will be held electronically in secure membership records. If you have provided your personal data to NES4EU in hardcopy, then this hardcopy will be destroyed once your details have been transferred to a secure electronic record.
- Supporters’ personal data, securely held, will be accessible only to those NES4EU Committee members responsible for communications.
- We will never share your personal data with any third party without your express permission.
- We will not share your personal data with any other NES4EU supporters without your express permission.
- If you decide to unsubscribe from NES4EU, then we will no longer contact you or use your data for NES4EU purposes.
- NES4EU reserves the right to publish photographs of supporters attending public NES4EU events (e.g. marches, street leafletting) for the purpose of promoting our campaigning, but the names of those in such photographs will not be published.
NES4EU may update this policy from time to time. If changes need to be made, we will let supporters know immediately.
